There is always a risk when using a new software solution, especially when new patches and updates could potentially bring with them new vulnerabilities in the form of a zero-day attack. Attackers are always trying to use new and developing technologies to their advantage, too, such is the case with deepfake technology.

Prediction: Attacks Will Change Their Targets

It’s expected that breaches will target different types of victims over the next year, and that the largest breaches will target the cryptocurrency space. Even so, we would be surprised to see this shift creating even less of a danger for businesses, so you’ll still want to protect yourself whenever possible.
