We are lucky to have a team of skilled and talented people working for us here at Dresner Group. As our services would not be available without them, we thought it was only fair to give our team members the recognition they deserve and help you get to know them better. Here, we’re directing your attention to James Pappas, our Service Desk Manager.

Not only do we enjoy having James as part of our team, but he has also stated that he too enjoys working for us! His favorite part of being employed by Dresner Group is the interesting interactions he gets with you, our clients! While working for us, he does enjoy our hotdog roller! Seriously though, who doesn’t like hotdogs?

When James described working for Dresner Group, he stated that it provides a unique, colorful, and present atmosphere to work in. Awe… Thanks, James.

If James could pick to be one person for one day, he chose Fritz Haber. Who is that, you ask? Fritz Haber was a German chemist who received the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1918 for his invention of the Haber–Bosch process, a method used in industry to synthesize ammonia from nitrogen gas and hydrogen gas. This invention is important for the large-scale synthesis of fertilizers and explosives. Interesting, right?

So, his picture may make him look serious, but you’d be surprised to know that he is the funniest person at Dresner Group. Being so much fun, some might wonder what his hobbies are outside of work, well, he prefers just chilling out and relaxing at home. Does he have any animals to chill with? No, not at this time, but who knows what the future holds regarding a furry friend. While at home, one of his favorite movies to sit and watch is “Stalker” directed by Andrei Tarkovsky, check it out sometime, but it is in Russian.
